Mindfulness, Meditation & Movement Location: Clubhouse This 4 week series is designed to allow Members to reconnect with their curious, playful selves, to nurture their being and to have some fun. Daily concerns, worries and stresses fall away as we free up our bodies, minds and spirits with relaxing and natural movements, mindfulness exercises, guided sitting meditation and walking meditation. No experience in meditation or movement is necessary to fully enjoy these classes. Comfortable, loose fitting clothing is recommended. Everyone is welcome! SPACE IS LIMITED.
